1) System Requirements
Most of our sites feature high-resolution images, large video file sizes and interactive applications such as games and live streaming media that require a relatively fast internet connection. To fully appreciate the experience of viewing our content we highly recommend a dsl connection (128 kbps) or higher, with a computer capable of running the latest online softwares of today, such as a Pentium 4, with 512MB of RAM.
2) Internet Browsers
Most, if not all of our sites can be viewed using any of these common browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, Netscape, or Safari on Mac. We recommend you verify the current version of your browser and upgrade if neccessary to make sure that you have all the latest features. You may also want to go into your "Internet Options" or 'Tools" to verify some standard settings that will help with viewing our sites and our content. "Enabling auto-resizing of images" will have images fit to your current window screen. This means that you will not be viewing the full size image and will create slight alterations to the image. Disabling this setting will allow the full size image to be displayed as was originally intended. You may also want to enable popups within your browser, as some of the pages within our members area or our free tours use them, such as for opening images in new windows, or for interactive features.
3) SlideShow Feature
Within the photo galleries of our members area you have a slideshow feature, which you will find on the bottom of the page. This tool allows you to choose from a choice of 6 different sizes and time frames in seconds for the slideshow intervals.
4) Download
In both the photo gallery and the video page you will find a download link near the bottom which will prompt you to download the image set or movie to your computer.
5) Movies
Most of our movie clips open automatically to play in your browser using common players and settings. But if run into any problems trying to play them or if you wish to download the videos to your computer you may need to download and install the latest movie players such as Windows Media Player, Quicktime, or RealPlayer or the latest video codecs.
6) Login Issue
If you are unable to login to the members area of a particular site, first make sure you are entering your username and password correctly. Remember your username and password is CaSe SeNsitivE and will not work unless properly written.
7) Redirected to another site
If you attempt to login to the members area or attempt to view content inside and get redirected to another site, make sure your username and password have not been comprimized. Our security system will automatically redirect a user if they have used more than 3 IP adresses to access the site. This is a common occurence with password sharing sites.
8) AOL & Netscape users
We have encountered a login issue with AOL / Netscape ISP users which run into conflict with our security settings. These ISP have a particular setup where they assign a different IP adress during each browser session, so as a result our security settings will automatically redirect the user after the third IP adress is assigned. The emmediate solution is to avoid using AOL and Netscape's internal browsers, setup a new internet connection and use Internet Explorer to browse our site.
9) Login Prompt Twice
"Why does it sometimes ask me for my password twice?
When entering a password-protected web site for the first time, you will occasionally notice that you are asked for your password twice. This may happen immediately after you entered the password the first time, or it may happen when you click on the first link after authenticating the first time.
This happens for a very simple, but nonetheless confusing, reason, again having to do with the way that the browser caches the login information.
Login information is stored on the browser based on the authentication realm, specified by the AuthName directive, and by the server name. In this way, the browser can distinguish between the Private authentication realm on one site and on another. So, if you go to a site using one name for the server, and internal links on the server refer to that server by a different name, the browser has no way to know that they are in fact the same server.
For example, if you were to visit the URL http://example.com/private/, which required authentication, your browser would remember the supplied username and password, associated with the hostname example.com. If, by virtue of an internal redirect, or fully-qualified HTML links in pages, you are then sent to the URL http://www.example.com/private/, even though this is really exactly the same URL, the browser does not know this for sure, and is forced to request the authentication information again, since example.com and www.example.com are not exactly the same hostname. Your browser has no particular way to know that these are the same web site."
You will also encounter a login prompt when entering a new site. For example if you have free access to a bonus site or if you've signed up for more than one site, which is perfectly normal. Should you encounter a prompt more than twice for the same site, please contact us below or check if your cookies are enabled! If cookies are not enabled, the site won't let you in.
10) Memberships
